Bought this cream separator online, got it shipped all across the world, and it arrived safely in due time. have since made two batches of cream with our milk from cross-bred cows and had a good go at making butter. Love the pure cream that comes out of it, and the homemade ice cream with the homegrown strawberries is now just that little more special. So far, we are very satisfied with the product, and the customer service was excellent.

I am pleased with the cream separator. I used it to separate about 15 U.S. gallons of milk in about an hour. The machine is easy to assemble and clean, which is a huge help. Also, I am pleased with the overall customer service I received. The people I have talked to were willing to help with anything! I would never have gotten service like this in the U.S. I also ordered a churn, which required a converter. Kiril, the CEO, went out of his way to order me one. When it turned out to be incorrect, Milky Day ordered me another one free of charge!! This is a wonderful company, and I would recommend that anyone searching for milk processing equipment shop with them.
