I am pleased with the cream separator. I used it to separate about 15 U.S. gallons of milk in about an hour. The machine is easy to assemble and clean, which is a huge help. Also, I am pleased with the overall customer service I received. The people I have talked to were willing to help with anything! I would never have gotten service like this in the U.S. I also ordered a churn, which required a converter. Kiril, the CEO, went out of his way to order me one. When it turned out to be incorrect, Milky Day ordered me another one free of charge!! This is a wonderful company, and I would recommend that anyone searching for milk processing equipment shop with them.
