- After you get the cream from milk, put it to the fridge for 1-3 days. The cream has to ripen.
- The best ripening temperature in summer time is 5-8 °C. In winter time is 8-10 °C.
- The best cream temperature before processing is 14-16 °C.

Why don't you have a 115V version?
Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not produce a 115V version, but if you like this butter churn, there is a solution on how to use it in countries with 110V-120V power requirements. You can simply buy a voltage converter. Here is an example.
Please, note that the power of the converter should be twice or three times as much as the power of the device you plan to operate in order to safely convert. Motor Sich MBE-6 operates with 350W, so the 750W converter will be enough.
