How can you pay?

We offer the most convenient payment options, so you could always find the one that suits your preferences best. Use any of 3 payment methods when you place your order on MilkyDay.com :

• Credit card - we accept all of the most used types of credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and others.
• PayPal - this option is known for bringing more security to financial transactions.
• Bank transfer - if you choose this method we will send you a proforma invoice with our bank details so you could transfer the payment from your bank account to ours.

How do we deliver?

We offer 4 delivery options depending on your time and financial preferences:

• Priority shipping - this is the cheapest option that we have. You can save some money on shipping expenses if you are not in a hurry. Delivery takes 15-35 days depending on your location.
• EMS shipping - can be the best solution for you, if you are not ready to pay more for express shipping. But at the same time, you do not want to wait too long for your order to arrive. Shipping time is 7-20 days. 
• FedEx/DHL/UPS - is the fastest option for those who need their freshly bought equipment as soon as possible. Delivery takes 3-6 days depending on your location.
• PPL - we use this option to deliver orders within the EU. This is the cheapest and one of the most reliable courier services that we managed to find in the market.

You can choose your favorite payment and delivery options at the Checkout page after adding goods to your Cart. 

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information from us.

Handling time

We always need from 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order. Mostly because of the customs documents that our customs broker has to issue for shipments sent outside of the EU. Nevertheless, we still do our best to dispatch your order within 24 hours after the purchase date.

Customs fees and duties

!For orders shipped outside the European Union, please be aware of customs fees - such as taxes and duties - when your order arrives. Since these fees vary from location to location, customs fees are not included in the shipping charges. Refusal to pay these fees can result in an undeliverable order. We will not issue refunds under these circumstances!

Please, be aware of possible delays at the customs in the country of destination. This happens very rarely, but in a few cases, your local customs might need some additional information from you before they release your shipment.
