Get Accurate Milk Analysis Results in Just 40 Seconds

The MASTER CLASSIC is a compact, robust ultrasonic milk analyzer, manufactured in Bulgaria, European Union, designed for fast analysis of milk and liquid dairy products without chemical reagents. Using a 25 ml (0.85 US fl oz) sample volume, it provides results for fat, protein, lactose, solids-non-fat (SNF), salts, density, added water, freezing point, and sample temperature, with optional pH measurement.

The MASTER СLASSIC makes it easy to check milk quality and composition right where you need it. Farmers, dairy producers, cheesemakers, milk collection points, and laboratories can analyze samples on site instead of sending them to an external laboratory. Get reliable milk analysis results in just 40 seconds.

The analyzer is designed for simple everyday operation: one button starts the measurement, and another starts the cleaning procedure. It can process up to 50 samples per hour, including cleaning, making it suitable for regular milk testing throughout the working day.

Designed to keep milk testing simple and flexible wherever you work, the MASTER СLASSIC supports 100–260V and comes with the appropriate power plug for your destination country. Whether you are working on a farm, in a dairy facility, or in a laboratory, the analyzer is ready for use worldwide.

Need to test milk away from a standard power outlet? The MASTER СLASSIC can also run from a 12V DC power source, such as a car battery, making it a practical solution for field testing and mobile milk analysis.

Why Do You Need a Milk Analyzer?

Milk composition can vary from one animal, farm, or batch to another. A milk analyzer gives you fast, reliable information about milk composition, helping you make better decisions about quality and processing.

Regular analysis helps you:

  • Check fat and protein levels before processing.
  • Compare batches and track changes in milk composition over time.
  • Verify raw milk quality before it enters production.
  • Maintain consistent quality in cheese, butter, yogurt, and other dairy products.
  • Detect unusual results that may indicate changes in milk quality or possible water addition.

Know your milk. Make better decisions. Get more consistent results.

Who Is the MASTER CLASSIC For?

Dairy Farmers, Cheesemakers, Yogurt Makers & Butter Makers

Designed for regular analysis by farmers and dairy producers working with different types of milk and dairy products.

Laboratories & Milk Collection Points

Suitable for regular analysis of samples from different farms, suppliers, or batches, including applications where many samples need to be checked throughout the day.

Why does milk composition matter for dairy processing?

Different dairy products depend on different components of milk:

  • Cheese: Protein and SNF are important because they represent the milk solids that contribute to cheese formation and can affect the potential yield and consistency of the final product.
  • Cream & Butter: Fat content helps determine how much cream can be obtained from the same volume of milk and, consequently, how much butter can be produced. This also explains why cream and butter yields may vary between batches or seasons.
  • Yogurt: Protein and SNF contribute to the body and consistency of yogurt, so monitoring the composition of the milk can help achieve more consistent results.
  • Milk for sale: Fat, protein, SNF, and other measurements help you monitor the quality and consistency of your raw milk and compare different batches.

Milk Analyzer

Designed for Different Milk Types

The MASTER CLASSIC uses ultrasonic technology to analyze milk without the need for acids or other chemical reagents, making regular milk testing simple and convenient.
The analyzer has three milk calibration channels. The factory preset calibrations are Cow milk, Sheep milk, and UHT milk.
Upon request, the analyzer can be calibrated for other milk types and dairy products specified in the instruction, including Buffalo milk, Camel milk, Lama milk, Restored milk, etc.

Need a different milk calibration? Let us know before placing your order. Simply tell us which type of milk or dairy product you plan to analyze, and we can check the appropriate calibration requirements at no additional cost.
The analyzer uses a 25 ml (0.85 US fl oz) sample for each measurement and does not require thermal or mechanical treatment of the sample before analysis. The milk must be properly mixed and filtered before testing.

The MASTER CLASSIC includes a display, simple control buttons, and a dedicated CLEAN button for the cleaning procedure. Its front panel is designed to operate with wet hands, making it suitable for dairy working environments.
The analyzer can store measurement results in its internal memory. Stored results can be sent to a printer or PC, and automatic saving of measurements can be enabled or disabled.
The analyzer provides RS232 and USB 2.0 connections for communication with a computer. It can be used with the Milk Data Bank software for collecting and managing measurement data. Bluetooth connectivity is also available through the corresponding serial Bluetooth module.

Description

How to Use the MASTER CLASSIC

Before analysis, the milk sample should be well mixed and filtered to ensure a representative sample free from foreign particles.

Simply prepare the sample, select the appropriate milk calibration, and start the analysis. The analyzer measures the selected parameters and displays the results after approximately 40 seconds.

For accurate results, sample preparation and temperature requirements should always be followed according to the user manual.
