The maximum filling capacity of 110 liters is perfect for a small or medium dairy. The minimum filling capacity is 30 liters. 6 kW heater can warm the milk up to 94°C.

Milky FJ 100 PF has an electronic control panel and 4 programs adjustable and pre-programmable. There you can set: 
1. Temperature. Pasteurizer will reach and hold the temperature you need;
2. Time. Pasteurizer will hold the necessary temperature for as long as you need. When the set time is over the heater will switch off.

Especially formed and precisely closing cover prevents evasion of steam and a flow on the outer wall.

After ensuring the proper connections of the cooling water hose to the inlet and the drain hose to the hot water outlet, slowly open the valve on your water source. The machine will handle the rest automatically when needed, shown by the blue light.
