The Milky FJ 300 OTF comes equipped with an electronic control panel, automatically regulating the heating and cooling processes, and its versatile 4-cycle adjustable/pre-programmable mode simplifies operations.

• Temperature setting. Set and maintain your desired pasteurization temperature effortlessly.
• Time setting. Specify the duration you need the pasteurizer to maintain the required temperature. Once the set time elapses, the heating element will automatically turn off.

Optimize your energy consumption with the LE (low energy) smart solution. Electronically modulate the heating power from 100% down to 20%.

Safety is paramount: You can trust the pasteurization process, dealing with one of the largest pasteurizers, thanks to the robust base with a tilting boiler mechanism (to lean the kettle when it's empty) directed toward the outlet. Additionally, the pasteurizer features a safety stop function.

User-friendly and mobile: Despite its substantial size and capacity, the pasteurizer boasts a mobile console for the 20 rpm electric motor of the mixer and cheese harp (optional). It also features a two-part removable lid and four wheels on the base for easy and secure equipment mobility.

The Milky FJ 300 OTF is a versatile kettle designed for a variety of uses, including pasteurizing milk and juice, crafting cheese and yogurt, and even handling plant-based milk like oat, almond, and coconut varieties. In addition, it comes in handy for tasks like warming calf milk, melting honey, producing honey wax, creating pudding, preparing an ice cream base, and more. 

With its generous 300-liter capacity, the Milky FJ 300 OTF (open system) has been thoughtfully engineered to meet the needs of medium and large-scale dairy operations.

Its powerful 15 kW (6+9 kW) heating system can gradually raise milk temperature to a maximum of 94°C.
