Short Description
Suitable for countries with voltage from 100V to 120V
- 13 liters (3,43 gallons) of cream
- Made of stainless steel
- Wheels and a tilting mechanism
- High-quality motor with a speed regulator
Making butter has never been easier – hygienic, simple, and easy to maintain.
This version of the Milky FJ 32 has been completely redeveloped. Unique on the market with a tilting mechanism and stable base stand, this butter churn is a self-contained unit designed for efficient and ergonomic butter production.
With the innovative tilting mechanism, you no longer need to lift or move the heavy machine.
- At the start of the process, the machine is tilted so that the outlet faces upwards. This allows the cream to flow downward and be flung upwards effectively.
- At the end of the butter-making process, the machine is tilted so that the outlet faces downwards, allowing the buttermilk to drain off easily by gravity.
This not only saves time and effort, but also improves hygiene and reduces physical strain during operation. The stirring mechanism, made of durable stainless steel, is reliable and effective.
Other valuable features you'll definitely appreciate include:
- built-in viewing window for easy process monitoring;
- automatic safety stop function: motor stops immediately when the lid is removed;
- safety lock: machine will not start unless the lid is properly placed;
- stainless steel outlet tap allows clean and convenient draining of buttermilk;
- stepless (infinitely variable) motor speed control for precise operation.
This butter churn is an ideal solution for farmers, small-scale producers, and anyone who values ease, safety, and performance in dairy processing.
Strengths and weaknesses
Description
Helpful Tips for Using the Butter Churn:
- Before each use, clean the container thoroughly and rinse it with cold water before filling it with cream. This cools the container and creates a thin water film, which helps prevent butter from sticking to the surface.
- The ideal cream temperature before churning is around 10 °C (50 °F). If the cream is colder than 7 °C (44.6 °F), the maximum volume should not exceed 8 liters.
- The cream must never cover the mixer shaft.
- After separating the cream from the milk, let the cream ripen in the refrigerator for 1–3 days.
- The best cream ripening temperature is: 5–8 °C (41–46.4 °F) in summer and 8–10 °C (46.4–50 °F) in winter.
- The optimal cream temperature for churning is 14–16 °C (57.2–60.8 °F).
- If you want to churn 15–16 liters of cream, it is better to divide it into two batches of 8 liters. This improves butter quality.
- The total capacity of the container is 32 liters.
- Butter production usually takes 15–20 minutes, but the exact time may vary depending on the cream quantity, fat content, and temperature.
