Assembling the Immergood 4 qt. ice cream freezer and getting your first homemade ice cream is a breeze, with just a few simple steps to get you started:
1. Prepare the freezer by installing a triple-action dasher inside and placing it in the tub.
2. Fill the tub with ice and rock salt, following the recommended ratios provided in the instructions.
3. Pour your prepared ice cream mixture into the inner can and secure it with a can lid.
4. Put the gear frame onto the machine, close the latch, and start a churning process.
5. Continue cranking for 15-25 minutes, or until the ice cream reaches the desired consistency.
