The biggest cream separator by Milky
This model is very suitable for medium-scale dairy farms and households.
Connect it directly with the hose.
This cream separator doesn't have a milk container because it was developed for direct connection with the milk tank through the hose.
Long life advantage
"LONGLIFE" means this cream separator has a brushless motor with a frequency inverter. In other words, it can work much longer than other cream separators you can see on the market.
Also, such advantages as anodized aluminum disks inside the drum or very durable high-quality stainless steel make this model much better than cream separators of other brands.
Under anodized disks, we mean that disks that are made of aluminum will not acidify under the influence of milk because they are covered by a special 14-micrometer film.
With this device, you can make cream, sour cream, and low-fat milk. We are sure there are more products but we mentioned the most popular.
You can separate the milk of cows, goat, sheep, camels, and others.
All parts that contact with food are made of high-quality stainless steel and food-safe aluminum.
Fixing hooks provides more safety to this cream separator using.

Strengths and weaknesses
Description
How to use a cream separator:
Just warm the milk up to 40˚C or 104˚F, switch the separator on, and pour the milk into the cream separator by a hose.
How much cream you can get? Helpful tips:
- from 10 liters or 2,6 gallons of milk you will get about 1 liter or 0,26 gallons of cream;
- the cream will have 10 times more fat than your milk. It means that if your milk has 3,2% you will get cream with 32% of fat;
- if you need cream with a lower fat content of fat you can mix it with low-fat milk which you get during separation.
- pour about 3 liters or 0,8 gallons of hot water into the separator before the milk. The separation will be better.
- The last three letters in the name of every Milky separator (in this case EAR) mean the power supplier and material. E – works from electricity, A – the drum with discs inside is made of aluminum, R – milk container and other parts which contact food are made of refined steel.
Cream separator Milky is the best choice for medium business

Quality and reliability of the separator parts
The housing, milk container, float chamber, and outlets for cream and skimmed milk are made of stainless steel. As with every Milky cream separator, this model has anodized aluminum disks inside the aluminum drum. It means that disks that are made of aluminum will not acidify under the influence of milk because they are covered by a special 14-micrometer film.
This model uses a high-quality brushless motor. This means that the cream separator can work for a very very long time.
Safety Warning
Before each use of the cream separator, ensure that the top bowl/drum/centrifuge and the discs inside are completely dry. Any drops of water or milk on these components can cause imbalance, potentially leading to serious issues.
