Our Cheese press Milky FJ 2/50 PCP is the answer to your cheese-forming solution. Crafted with precision from food-grade stainless steel, this machine is designed to meet all your cheese-molding needs.

With the help of the pneumatic cheese press, the cheese is gently and easily pressed into molds. The work surface is approx. 700 x 1000 x 650 mm.
Please take into consideration that the airline must not exceed a length of 5m, and the air pressure should remain below 9 bar to ensure impeccable results.

Working process:

  1. Ensure that the cheese molds are filled up properly.
  2. Position them on the working surface so that the cylinder applies pressure to the center of the cheese molds.
  3. Place an intermediate plate on top of the cheese molds.
  4. Continue this placement process until all molds are in position.
  5. Lower the starting handle to initiate the pressing action. 
  6. The cylinder will now apply pressure to the molds.
    Adjust the pressure and pressing duration according to the type of cheese you are producing.
