Our Cheese press Milky FJ 2/50 PCP is the answer to your cheese-forming solution. Crafted with precision from food-grade stainless steel, this machine is designed to meet all your cheese-molding needs.
With the help of the pneumatic cheese press, the cheese is gently and easily pressed into molds. The work surface is approx. 700 x 1000 x 650 mm.
Please take into consideration that the airline must not exceed a length of 5m, and the air pressure should remain below 9 bar to ensure impeccable results.

Working process:
- Ensure that the cheese molds are filled up properly.
- Position them on the working surface so that the cylinder applies pressure to the center of the cheese molds.
- Place an intermediate plate on top of the cheese molds.
- Continue this placement process until all molds are in position.
- Lower the starting handle to initiate the pressing action.
- The cylinder will now apply pressure to the molds.
Adjust the pressure and pressing duration according to the type of cheese you are producing.
